How do I receive my digital download?: After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) right away. You can also access your downloads from your order confirmation page.
How long do I have to download my files?: Your download link is available for 30 days and up to 5 download attempts. If you have trouble, contact us and we'll help.
What file formats are included?: Most of our digital journals and planners are delivered as high-quality PDF files, ready to print or use digitally on your tablet or device.

Can I use these on my tablet or iPad?: Yes! Our PDFs work great with apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and Adobe Acrobat. Simply import the file into your preferred app.
Can I print my download?: Absolutely. Our files are designed for home printing. We recommend printing on standard letter-size paper (8.5" x 11").

What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer refunds?: Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.
